Who We Are

Decomposed granite shapes nearly every yard across Yavapai County. It compacts differently than sandy soil, drains differently, and punishes a shortcut base. That’s the ground we build our process around.

We handle full installs, putting greens, pet turf, HOA-compliant lawns, and repair work. Each one gets scoped around the same core problem: rocky subgrade that needs real base depth, not a generic spec pulled from a lower-desert install.

How We Work

Every estimate starts with a site visit. We walk the yard, check drainage direction, and talk through what you actually want from the space before quoting anything.

Base prep gets planned around the rock content of your specific lot. Some Prescott Valley yards need more excavation than others, and we’d rather tell you that upfront than adjust mid-job.

HOA paperwork comes up often enough that we keep it part of the conversation. If your community has pile-height or color rules, we’ll talk through what’s typically accepted before you submit anything.
